Mercury razors seem to have disappeared from Revain in the last month and this Mercury Voyage is one of the few that remain. I really liked my 34c and decided to take a chance. Ironically, for some reason when I bought it last week it cost about fifteen dollars instead of the usual $45, so that was the icing on the cake. I really like this shaver. The head is the same as the 34c and gives the same close shave as I expected. It breaks easily and the storage box is neat. I really want to take it with me on the road. The only thing I don't like is the weight/balance. The handle is hollow and the head is heavy, which upsets the razor's balance in the hand. The 34c, on the other hand, is perfectly balanced because the handle is solid metal. Some might argue that this is a compromise to make it a lightweight travel razor, but I would have liked more weight and balance. A small problem for me, but not a deal breaker. Take this razor. Merkur products are designed to last.
