First, I like how the company packed and shipped the appliance. It was well wrapped and package so that nothing was damaged. When unboxing the Max Kalorik Air Oven Grill it was nice to see all the accessories. Furthermore, I liked when I got to put it all together and removed the stickers that I saw it had some additional guidance on where to put what type of food items within the Air Oven Grill. My last appliance didn't have that and it took a few attempts to figure out what shelf to cook certain items. I also appreciate having the digital presets. Omg, it was so frustrating with my Hamilton Beach that you turn knobs and it was inaccurate with heat settings. The Max is perfect!Because I live in an apartment and can't use a typical outdoor grill I wanted the Max grill. Today I had thawed out the chicken and wanted to make BBQ Chicken as well as Grilled Chicken for later with my pasta. Let's just say this was amazing! It cooked fast, and evenly! It was impressive. I am looking forward to cooking steaks, prime rib, and more in the next coming weeks. For the price, and the features, best kitchen appliance I have purchased in a while.
