The bolts fit perfectly into the new muffler and Walker exhaust pipe I bought to replace assemblies that had rusted to unrecognizable pieces of metal on my 2002 4Runner. They are solidly built and didn't feel flimsy at all when I twisted them with my socket wrenches. The only downside is the ones I received are not black as pictured, they are standard steel. In this case it doesn't matter; Since they go under the vehicle they might be neon pink, I don't care. But I'm a bit of a fan of product images that represent the exact product I'm buying.
