Bought in Blue Denim and Green Khaki. For the hip-pocket style, the heavier blue denim was a little bulkier and therefore didn't lay as flat on the hips as the green fabric, which is much lighter. These are short skirts, I am 5.0 inches and they are even shorter. Cut very nicely and even though I'm 66 I still find them a fun everyday style. I kept both because I know that in time I will find the right shirt to style the blue jeans with.
