Outperforms all others

Best of current options. If you've shot on film with a DSLR or DSLR, you know there's one major advantage over other cameras: interchangeable lenses. The same thing. This also applies to modern mirrorless cameras. Well, this little bug is a tiny powerhouse. With a recording resolution of 3480 x 2160, it fully supports UHD for webcams. Also stereo microphones. The noise cancellation is admirable, especially in low light conditions. The graininess and pixelation of cheap webcams just doesn't show up in this one the way it does in the $40 El Cheapos. The "active" noise of cheaper cameras in low light conditions doesn't dance around your display as it shows great clarity. White balance, color, sharpness, contrast, saturation and more can be determined using software like OBS. This puts the camera almost on par with today's digital SLR cameras. While you might not get the same level of image sharpness from a large print format, you can certainly get very close to your DSLR on screen. Best of all, there are thousands of C-mount lenses that can be mounted on it. They can cover everything from telescope to microscope, wide angle to telephoto, macro, fixed and everything in between. I expected from a lens like this that the results would still be pretty impressive so I'll see what I can do with it. Meanwhile, C-mount optics offer a wide range of options and prices, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding alternative lenses. This camera deserves a lot of attention.
