Terrible. Doesn't straighten or unfold
It came in a box and it's fine as long as it unfolds and fluffs up to the 2 inch tip like it should. it's not like this. Seriously, if it doesn't take shape after more than a month of unfolding, it's a failure. That is nonsense. I am so disappointed!
