This is the third soft pet carrier I have purchased from Revain. The other two I got from different sellers have a cardboard bottom, when I put my pup in it the bag doesn't stay in shape and makes my pup so nervous. be a group, very solid! Knuckles weighs 17 pounds and the Sunny 20 pounds, both fit nicely in a stretcher and still have room to roll over at will. One side can be fully opened for easy entry, I just hold a treat at the other end and they go straight into the pocket = This stretcher is great for taking them to the vet, catching the bus, subway, etc . I can see them through the bars as they can see me from the inside. I recommend this carrier!
