Poor product, the quality is below average.
After the Powerbeats 3 that broke, I just wanted to buy another one, but I fell for this new one . I'm disappointed, the previous model, roughly speaking, had bass, and this one, roughly speaking, without them. Like they made a balanced sound . Yes, they just removed the bass, that's what I definitely hear. Beats without basses. There are no words. If they broke something, I would gladly return the money.
