, I ordered a phone preamp from iFi on February 11th and it arrived 2 days later. I received only one box, they forgot to send the PSU (one would think the manufacturer knew the PSU was in a separate box). I contacted iFi and they said they would send one. It arrived 10 days later on February 23rd. I connected everything and nothing, there is no sound from my MM cartridge. Then I tried the MC input and it worked. Not good, the device was DOA. I've read other similar reliability issues with the previous model but thought they fixed them. I've tried going back for another one and got a message saying it can't be done. At the moment we are abandoning iFi and studying preamps from other brands. Hope others have better luck.
