We use this product at my grocery store because we are looking into ways of making our business more efficient by capturing shopper behaviors, which helps us improve conversion rates. I have not been able find anything so far! This software looks like it has lots potential but nothing currently implemented or working yet? If you do decide upon using this program look around online before deciding whether its right fit for your needs (or lack there off). Capturing visitor's behavior when they shop; increasing sales through promotions targeted towards specific products/categories; analyzing traffic flow between departments within a location etc The best thing about RetailNext is that it is very easy to use and understand. It is also very easy to integrate with other systems. The only thing I dislike is that it is not compatible with other systems. I would recommend using RetailNext if you are looking for a great tool to help you analyze your data. RetailNext has helped me understand my customer's behavior.
