Review on Neitooh 4 Packs Bands for Fitbit Versa/Versa 2 - Soft Silicone Replacement Wristbands for Women and Men by Chris Young

MY ORIGINAL ITEM: I was delighted to receive these to replace my old tape. However, the silicone is not the same as the original strap. It's much stiffer (not as flexible and soft as the original strap) and the gray strap started turning to an odd purple around the edges after the second week of wear. Now I feel like the band looks dirty all the time. I haven't tried other colors yet because I really wanted to have gray as my primary color and I only change it every now and then. I would say it's not a bad price but I was hoping to be blown away. I was shocked, but I wasn't! Note: I wear the Fit-Bit reversed when doing aqua aerobics twice a week so I'm not sure if pool chemicals are related to the discoloration, but I haven't even seen this on my original band under the same conditions for almost a year. Also, the color of this gray is darker than the original gray bar. I personally prefer dark gray as it suits my style and wardrobe better. I personally wouldn't buy it again. UPDATE (an extra star for customer service): The seller came back with me to send me another set of replacement straps. Customer service was really good. They emailed me with multiple options so I could choose the one that best suits my needs to get things right. They sent new straps in the mail and I have since replaced my old one with the new gray one they sent. It seems that it can work better than the previous one. Haven't seen any discoloration yet, but haven't worn it in the pool yet. The silicone is definitely stronger than the original Fitbit strap. I hope that this new group suits me much better.
