This is the Best! I have ankle problems and this made hiking the rocky trail a lot easier. I wasn't in as much pain afterwards as I would have been if I hadn't been wearing them. My only negative is that I was worried they wouldn't fit because I have such large feet - they SHOULD, but only if they are adjusted to their loosest position and using the cross straps to tighten them up a bit. I'm a fan!
