These pots had everything we needed and more. I usually cook lasagna in jars, but I needed disposable forms for fundraisers. My fears that the lasagna would burn were completely unfounded. We got rave reviews! The lids were the best - being thick aluminum there's no risk of them cracking or sinking into the melted cheese as can happen with (even heavy duty) foil. My other unknown was how to work with slightly smaller sizes on the bottom. This problem is easily solved by pinching off the corners of the lasagne noodles at the edges of the bottom layer. As I said, I bought them for fundraising. However, I am thinking about using them for my family. They are so convenient and inexpensive (less than the cost of the bottom only at most stores)! (I didn't get paid for that enthusiastic fork! I love those pans!)
