Review on OtterBox COMMUTER SERIES Case For IPhone 11 Pro Max - MINT WAY (SURF SPRAY/AQUIFER) by Matt Watson

I've had my iPhone 11 Pro Max for about a week now. I dropped my phone ONCE and the phone fell out of the case and scratched one of the four corners that the case is supposed to protect. I am confident that this case has been properly installed and will provide protection. Unreal. The reason I have this case? My Lifeproof case is not yet available. I don't know how they can put "Otterbox Certified Drop Protection+" on the inside of the case if it can't protect my phone from a 3ft drop. I will consider returning this product and cannot, in good faith, recommend it to anyone.
