Review on Lenovo ThinkVision M14 Anti Glare Monitor, 1920X1080 Screen by Darren Fields

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality and mobility in one!

I got this portable monitor for my programming needs. It's incredibly convenient to have a reliable backup monitor when you're on the go, whether you're at a coffee shop, at home, or at the airport waiting for a flight. I have basic requirements: 1. The screen must display a good quality image2. Build quality should be durable yet lightweight. The setup should be simple and clear. With all three, the ThinkVision 14 does everything perfectly. There is usually always something wrong with such products, but I honestly cannot point to any difficulties or problems with the device. Wouldn't it be nice to have Wi-Fi, a touchscreen and the standard 13/15 inch size instead of 14? Yes, but when a portable monitor weighs so little, works so reliably, and can be placed so neatly, those extra features don't matter! Update (5/2022): Just wanted to let you all know. This little guy is still going strong 2 years later! I can't leave the house without a portable monitor. Most of the time, I prefer the laptop+ThinkVision combo over the standard desktop configuration simply for its travel-friendliness, portability, and convenience. The longevity of this monitor after so many years is a testament to its build quality and reliability. There are some scratches from throwing it in a bag without a case, but that's easily remedied with the included case. All in all, this screen meets all my needs as a digital nomad so successfully!
