It is a learning curve for sure but THE RESULTS. WOW. The shampoo rub in ur hands and work through the scalp. It will suds up qhen you run water over it. The conditioner, rub the bar directly on the lower half of your hair only. Ethique also has how to videos. Will be getting the full size versions.
