Unable to connect to wi-fi network

*UPDATE* About an hour after I wrote the review and started returning, I finally connected to wi-fi. I think maybe the password was wrong. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Works as advertised. You must be logged in to use the SMS notification feature. The app found the device but it didn't connect to Wi-Fi (it's 2.4G). i give it back We bought a temporary wand because we can't mess around with inferior products that don't work. Our cats are sometimes left alone in our RV during the heat of the day and it is imperative that we monitor the temperature in the RV at all times.
