The red temperature arrow is unreliable.
The only reason I bought this item was the red arrow showing the temperature as my current oven thermometer is difficult to read. The red arrow is loose and moves freely: it does not stop at a certain temperature. You can click on the pointer and it will make almost a complete circle around the watch face. I haven't used it to make sure it's an accurate thermometer.
