God. These tablets have a small learning curve. My gums are generally healthy, but I seem to have some tender spots. When I used the very first bath the gel really hurt my gums and left spots that looked like cooked liver. o0 I waited two days before trying again. The irritation gradually decreased and stopped when I used the last mouthguard. But to be honest, they just didn't get white very well. I think I'll still do an annual maintenance course because the gel seems to work better than the little plastic teeth whitening strips; However, next time I go to the cleaning, I plan to have light-activated teeth whitening in the office.
