I like that it's easy for me as an admin, can easily add users in bulk or by hand if needed (this makes life easier when adding new hires). Also helps keep track of who needs what work done at which times so there are no communication issues between employees/manager etc. It was hard initially getting used too but once you do this will be one less thing to worry about! We have been using olapha over 1 year now without any problems reported from our end. Try out different pricing plans depending upon how many people use Ola per month and also try some trial periods before committing fully into signing up for full time usage. The benefits include being able to schedule meetings remotely within my department - allowing us all flexibility throughout the week instead having everyone working during normal business hours only. The integration between Slack, Jira & Trello. Also it can integrate other services like Asana etc as well which makes our life easier when working remotely. It's free for unlimited users so I don't have any dislikes about this tool at all! We are solving problems of keeping track of daily tasks in one place without having multiple tools or apps open simultaneously.
