I had never seen a skirt that long with fitted shorts before, so I was really excited when I saw this one. The red and white stripe is charming and bright. Tousled makes this image cute and unusual. My daughter found it comfortable to wear with only one complaint about the waist. She was a little loose in the waist because she's at the bottom of the size chart for that size. There's no risk of it falling off her or anything, it just sits a little lower than she likes, but the next size down would be too small. Something you might want to be aware of, you have a baby between sizes and on the bottom of one of the sizing charts as the elastic around the waist isn't very tight (which she would complain about if that was the case). I think this is a great skirt and she will enjoy it a lot.
