I like that they are very transparent with their pricing, which is much more fair than other tools we have used in our org (which charge by usage).
The UI/UX of UList's website could be improved - it doesn't always load quickly enough or look great when you're trying navigate around it during an onboarding session. We've been able to use this tool within 1 week since launch without any issues at all! It has really helped us understand how our customers interact online and what content resonates best across platforms so far.
