On arrival the device was 88% charged. I turned it on and after 3 minutes it went off. It won't stay. From time to time it will stay on if plugged in while it's on. I contacted Raven. And despite their A to Z guarantee, they told me there was nothing they could do that I needed to contact the seller because it was a third party. What I didn't know when ordering. So I contacted the seller and they also told me there was nothing they could do that I needed to contact Revain. So I ran out of $65 and became a kid disappointed that their gift is garbage. I do not recommend this product or the seller.
