good bed rail but not the strongest

This bed rail is nice and well thought out but the mechanism that is supposed to hold the bed rail just won't hold when more than 5 pounds of force is applied. Against that. I would not recommend this product if you have a child who sleeps against it. This works for us as our baby just needs it as a reminder that it's the end of the bed.
