WILL NOT WORK ON MY AKC PURE BRED GERMAN SHEPHERD

Will NOT work on my German Shepherd. He doesn't pay any attention to it. The first time I tried it he just looked at him and started barking again. The light went on a second time, another brief moment disappeared from my face, and I started barking again. For the third time, all the lights (flash and infrared) came on and he didn't even stop barking, barking at the device! Waste of money and by the way I tried the strongest shock collar on the market and the invisible protection it doesn't even wrinkle. Do nothing ! I have a beast!
