So far I find them very accurate with occasional use. I also bought a set of feelers to test their accuracy. I get very good results until I reach 0.005 inch. At this point and below, they are usually shown 0.001 thicker than the gauges indicate, although they can be shown correctly at multiple readings. very nice for its price.
