Great scanner for any DIY enthusiast.

Delivery was very fast. I've had this scanner for basically 2 days. After taking it out of the box, you need to connect a USB charger so you can turn it on. After turning it on, you need to connect to the WiFi. After that go to Updates and then start updating all apps. This will take some time so just sit down, be patient and go. This takes several hours. I made mine overnight. Once that's done, you can connect to the data port under the car's dashboard. This will read the codes. You can also turn off the indicator lights, but I don't recommend that. At least until you have all the live data, I/M readiness and freeze frame. You must write down all of this information because once you turn off the check engine light, all of this important data is lost, making it difficult to diagnose and troubleshoot problems. This will reset battery and voltage, vaporizer test, oxygen sensors and even some features like oil lights. It has a built-in library of DTCs that makes it quick and easy, not to mention it's handy when you need to know what code you've pulled. You can use search engines like Google and Yahoo. I think it even supports up to 8 languages and has all car brands from America, Europe and Asia. It has the Android 7.0 operating system and a 16GB processor, and you can use a 16GB memory card to expand it up to 32GB. This is simply an amazing scan tool that would be great for any home mechanic or workshop. All updates are free for life. There are also options for many other car and truck service features, but they come with an annual fee. They are not needed for do-it-yourselfers. They can be useful for business. It just depends on the work done. I recommend you bet. With cars these days, it is difficult to diagnose most problems. This will not only help, but also speed up the process. You can't always just start the car to take it to the pet store to have them run tests.
