Extremely sharp. Sharper than the high-carbon version because the cutting angle is narrower. Just note that they have a slightly higher tendency to dull. Very similar to cutting with a scalpel, but you can just snap off the blade if you want to get a new one. If you have a lanyard and it becomes dull, you can replace it with a new one in just a few seconds if you want to double the lifespan. The packaging was excellent, well thought out and sealed to resist rust (although the blade is stainless steel). It's the kind of attention and quality craftsmanship you'd expect from something much, much more expensive than this. Amazing value, like the seller.
