I like that it's easy for all my drivers to access, so they can check in/out whenever necessary without having to go through me or other supervisors.

It also has an app available as well! There are some features where you have to be logged into your account every time you want to use them (such as tracking mileage). The only thing i dislike about this system is occasionally when there isn't enough rides booked at one of our locations we need to cancel out another location - but since its online everyone gets notified instantly instead of us calling each driver individually. This solves problems with multiple people needing service from different areas during rush hour traffic periods etc.
