Let me start by saying that I'm not sure if this pair is just a defective pair or something but I have NO BASS at all. I was very happy to receive them after reading the best reviews. But I was very disappointed when I received it, fully charged and paired with my Samsung Galaxy S7, the sound quality was very poor, I only had high frequencies, very little mids and no bass. I assumed it was because my S7 came with Bluetooth 4.2 and they came with Bluetooth 5.0, so I paired them with an iPhone 8 plus ie Bluetooth 5.0 and the results were the same. I have contacted support and am hoping for an answer. I really liked the build but can't listen to them, they are way below reasonable even for the price. Please reply to support.
