Poor design for a socket
Unlike some other versions of this product which have a large rectangular hole for a socket, this model has a plastic panel on the back with two pin holes. Unfortunately, the plate creates enough separation that the plug doesn't fit far enough into some sockets to make a solid connection. We were able to get it to work with the wall adapter, but it didn't work with our standard wall outlets. Will probably send it back.
