Garbage, most likely fake.

Only broke after a few months. I ran it on my miat it worked great then got a low heart rate and diagnosed it was MBC. contacted Turbosmart and they assumed it was fake as they hadn't dealt with Revain in several years. Replaced by Hallman and all my issues were gone, should have been with them from day one.
