I like that it's easy to use - my clients love being able track their reservations through this app too! It also has helpful features such as an "In Progress" tab so you know what is pending with your customer while they are waiting in line at checkin or pick up time if applicable (it can be difficult knowing who got checked into/picked from ahead of schedule).
We haven't been using TreMs much yet because we only started implementing them late last year but there aren’t any downsides other than maybe needing more training before getting some great insights about how customers experience our service? And just get used to having all data pulled together within one place instead of separate apps etc., which makes things easier when responding back once those answers have arrived.- Tracking reservation status easily throughout booking process & post trip when collecting feedback after each tour booked via phone call / email communication.
