I just put this together and I can already see where it's going. If you're a tattoo artist, you're probably familiar with the concept of contrast. This armrest is a lesson in stark contrast. I mean the contrast between the SUPER STRONG base held together by 14 separate bolts and nuts. It's honestly one of the best performing stands I've ever had, but everything else is held together by utterly junk plastic connectors. I can hear them tense up as I put everything on. I just don't understand why they invested so much in the base and just let the rest go. I'm sure one of the guys in my shop will break this within 2 months. If you do indeed get tattoos every day, don't buy this unless you plan on making all new raise/lower connectors AND leaning on the armrest. I'm so tired of buying armrests! I'll take the next one from Josh Bowers!
