Good quality, sensitive measurement.
The quality is decent. It came with an extra battery. The display shows up immediately when you take out and rotate the probe. No complex button operations needed. Readout is fast, accurate and consistent for testing the same point. I can tell by testing multiple times. The gravity sensor and the auto rotate display are some nice touches. They sure help you because you can do it at any angle.
- It's fast and accurate. I use it to measure the milk temperature for yogurt making.
- The buttons can be confusing to navigate, making it difficult to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit, for example
