I wouldn't call this dehydrator "large capacity" as they state. Trays are only 9" x 9"! I like that the bowls are stainless steel. The machine vibrates during operation. There's no insulation here, and the sides feel hot despite being dehydrated at a very low temperature (115 degrees Fahrenheit). It takes much longer to dry than my other dehydrator, even with the same fruit/thickness/temperature settings. Really not impressed. UPDATE 05/10/21. After months of being harassed into changing my rating by being lured with dollars, I downgraded it from a 2 to a 1. This is COMPLETELY unprofessional and I don't know how to do it. Emails are paused other than blocking them only to receive another email from someone else. This is unacceptable.
