Excellent customer service! Replacement screen works very well

The first screen was easy to install, but there was a dead line on the touchscreen about 1 inch on the left that ran the full length of the iPad. You couldn't drag symbols across this imaginary line, and the symbols on the line were difficult to activate. The seller responds very quickly and sent a new screen. The second screen worked great. Thank you!
