The HEPA filter seems to be the same as the OEM 2b and fits my Winix 115115 easily. Let's see how well it works. Since I change them every 2 months, the lifespan is not a big deal. But why two stars? Because "charcoal" pre-filters are not what they say; When I opened the plastic bag and pulled one out, it smelled distinctly - just like PAINT. In fact, my wife definitely felt this smell when I turned on the device! Activated carbon pre-filters shouldn't smell, they should be odorless (I know I've been buying them from Revain for years). I thought I just had a bad batch but I read other reviews and someone else had the same issue/complaint. THIS is how they end up in the basket; I have ordered other activated carbon pre-filters before (but from an American manufacturer that I have ordered before).
