Review on 📮 MailMaster Plus Mailbox, Black - Step2 541200: Enhancing Your Searchability by Micheal Esquivel

We got the same mailbox last week and were so delighted we ordered a second one (this one) next to it for our neighbors. A few days ago someone stumbled across our new mailbox and destroyed it, so this second mailbox had to be used to replace the destroyed mailbox. This is how I know that the wrong hardware package was sent with this second mailbox. We were able to install it, but it took two trips to the hardware store to get the right size mounting screws. How can I get Revain to refund me for the hardware I had to buy? I have now ordered a third mailbox for my neighbors so the product is good when sent with the right equipment. However, it's not strong enough to withstand a UHaul truck driving into it, but I don't think a mailbox will withstand that.
