Wonderful - but what can you expect from Le Creuset!?!

first of all i have to stop reading reviews so if you know le creuset and want this book stop reading and just buy the book! Another reviewer wrote that this is the most beautiful cookbook he has ever seen. This is NOT the prettiest cookbook this cookbook lover has ever seen, but it deserves a 5 star rating. The classic French recipes are great - I'm looking forward to trying the duck confit and chicken rolls. Fish and seafood recipes go great with a nice fish stew. I love to cook and know how to do most things, but I still find technique tips helpful - I could go on! Wonderful book! I advise!
