First of all, I'm glad I didn't listen to the negative reviews. Although these are disposable cups, this is my second time using a cup! I pour boiled water into a cup and add tea. I did it yesterday and today with the same cup. No leaks. NO liquid/tea will pass through the mug and will not damage the mug. NO cuts or breaks. NO defects were found after using this mug for two days. Extremely durable and comfortable. Don't listen to negative reviews, including their photos. You must have done something about it. The mug also states that it is not recommended for use in the microwave, so do not microwave the mug. They probably heated the cup in the microwave and later found that it started leaking. Feel free to buy these if you don't need microwavable mugs. If you can do without a microwave, get one! They last a long time (again my second day/second use with one cup). They are perfect and I love them! :D
