I have arthritis and most straight (or even slightly angled) bars hurt me. I just got the Wing Freedom Fatty 2 and wanted a more natural seat/arm position. It does the job perfectly. Installation takes a little time, especially on an e-bike because so many "things" have to be moved from one handlebar to the other, but that's to blame. One comment: Most bars I've come across (including the one that came with the Freedom Fatty) have a textured center section with ribs that help the bar mount "grab" the bars so they can't rotate. It doesn't have it. This hasn't been a problem so far, but make sure you're tightening the handlebar mounting bolts properly.
