I spent at least half an hour trying to get a two-prong socket to work. We even switched our internet to 2.4 gigahertz, but nothing. If you get one of these and it just doesn't work, it may be broken like mine. I bought a three-socket cord, and after familiarizing myself with the app, it was up and running in less than a minute.
