I like how easy it was to set up, configure & train our staff in using this system! The training modules are very helpful as well - they helped us get started quickly so we could focus more time getting sales going instead focusing too much attention/training (which would have taken longer). We had some problems initially but were able solve those issues pretty quicky once identified by support team at eposta :DThe customer service has been fantastic from day one :) Our customers love that their shipping costs can be automatically calculated when placing orders through storefronts or website links etc.. It's also great because you don't need multiple emails back n forth between your accounts manager /customer rep which saves precious admin resources.
