Very good experience - very professional looking customer service
It's easy, fast, efficient and reliable for my business needs. I can see in real time if there are any issues with my site or not. No need for me to do something manually like checking logs etc. The only issue i have found so far that it blocks certain adsense accounts from displaying some content properly but nothing major. Try them out they are great! Nothing yet that i dislike. Easy setup process. There were no problems at all when we tested their product over our network. They support multiple platforms (Windows/Linux) so you don't really feel left behind as your competitors will be using the same platform too. Remotely check website status without having to physically visit the client server. If anything goes wrong this tool helps me resolve it immediately and fix it remotely.
