Propper, Coyote, XXXX-Large Standard Men's Belt Overview

I bought a standard men's propper belt in Coyote and size XXXX-Large for outdoor use. While the quality of the material is decent and the color goes well with my gear, there are a few flaws that prevent me from giving it a higher rating. First, the size is a bit off. Although I measured myself and ordered the correct size, the strap was tighter than expected, especially when worn with thicker layers. I had to loosen it up a bit to get comfortable which caused the extra length to dangle and get in the way. Second, the belt buckle is quite bulky and heavy. This may not be a problem for some, but I found it uncomfortable and it dug into my stomach when I sat or crouched. Also, the buckle makes a loud click when closing or loosening, which can be annoying in quiet environments. On the plus side, the belt is durable and holds up well to wear and tear. The coyote color is also very attractive and blends well with other tactical gear. However, I recommend ordering a size up before purchasing and be aware of the bulky buckle. Overall I give the Propper Men's Standard Belt 3 stars. While it has some merits, sizing and buckle issues hamper its overall functionality and comfort.
