Poor clearance, pole slides too easily, screws not available to tighten

We just wanted the pole for our small laundry room that folds away again and again when we don't need it. . The minimalist design and an extra pole to increase capacity when needed gave it an extra edge that made us choose it. I was excited to install it but quickly figured out the problems. While any individual mount may be fine, it will still suffer from one of the three issues I've found. Two other problems are related to the "kit" with two brackets and an extension rod. The title of the review is specified item by item. 1) Bad Interval - again, two brackets and a bar are included. fly between them. Unfortunately, the distance between them is 30.5 inches. A typical home in the US is built with 16" center wall studs, which provide the proper spacing for installation on 32" studs. Although there are little plastic anchors in the kit, we all know that over time they pull out of the wall, leaving huge sad holes that we then have to fill, sand, paint, and redo when we need to reinstall the thing. . Another inch and a half on the pole would have allowed the brackets to be installed directly into the wall studs. In any case, I chose to cut as much of the tenon as possible while maximizing the clearance required. and the crossbar has enough slack to allow for that gap, but that's just bad design. 2) The bar slides too easily - the bar included in the kit is inserted into the part where a bracket holds the hangers. Unfortunately, it slides back and forth so easily that at the slightest touch it shifts, sending it against the wall and your empty hangers crashing into the wall. 3) The screws can't be tightened - using the template to attach the bracket came in handy - until you figure it out you can't get to the screws to tighten them once you've fitted and locked the bracket. You need to randomly tighten the screws and put a bracket on top. If you have the right tension, you'll end up cutting and scraping the wall to secure it in place so it won't wobble after hanging. The top screw is completely inaccessible. There is a small gap in the bottom screw, but you need a very thin screwdriver to get there. Do not try the driver bit as it will not fit. I guess I agree with the product in general, but a little more attention to detail would have made it so much better.
