They were perfect for my daughter's Minnie Mouse party

They were perfect for my daughter's Minnie Mouse party! I didn't bake them because I knew I wouldn't be able to see the pretty red and white polka dots, so I just baked in foil liners and then placed the cupcakes in after baking.
