First of all, hats off to the PRYSM team! I should receive the package 2 days after ordering. Unfortunately, FedEx messed up my package and the part went to a different location (multiple states). The PRYSM team was notified and instead of making me wait they IMMEDIATELY sent me a replacement via a different carrier. A token of love for GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Quality wise this heater is well built and BETTER than an OEM replacement! It fits and works GREAT! I will DEFINITELY use this wonderful company again!
