There's nothing I didn't like about the Heavy Duty Sharpener. She does her job very well. Colored pencil sharpening is not guaranteed. I took a risk and it's good. Sharpening graphite pencils keeps the cutting teeth sharper. I equipped all three classes with a Westcott Heavy Duty Sharpener. It does a great job. Colored pencil sharpening is not guaranteed. I took a risk and it's good. When you alternately sharpening pencils and crayons, the lead seems to help hold the wax deposits from the crayons and keep the knives sharp. I've been lucky. If the sharpener lasts a year, I think it's a good price if they sharpen about 500 pencils a week.
